  Your activity says that you bought them in the pro shop. You don't get them in the pro shop, they are automatically given to you after you purchase credits. Look at your account activity to see if you received them. Your account activity should show something like this:

  04.14.12

  Promotion bonus received: 3 Callaway Tour i(z) Vapor Ball (L55+/Legend+)

  Promotion Earned

  Why is there always a glitch when WGT offers free golf balls for buying credits? Someone always comes to the forums with some kind of complaint. It would be comical if it wasn't so aggravating to the people who take advantage of the free golf ball offer.

  Yeah ccrume pretty much covered it.

  The 3 free balls are automatically put into your bags.

  Almost - they wait in the inventory until you put them in the bag :)

   

  Nice legend balls BTW, I (Master tier) can play them in ranked rounds but not in tourneys - don't quite understand the difference.

  They went straight in my bag Legend only balls too cool can't use them in tourny's but hey.

  Maybe I misunderstood Jim, but the OP said he was charged for the golf balls after making a credit purchase. Is this right? And where this thread may not show an anomaly, you can't deny there hasn't been other threads where people complain about not getting their credits or golf balls when taking advantage of the free golf ball offer.
