Eligibility.
Open to individuals who are legal residents of and physically located in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in the entrant's state of residence, whichever is greater. Employees, officers, and directors of Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday and World Golf Tour, Inc. ("Sponsors"), and its affiliated entities, parent, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to enter or win prizes. Void where restricted, taxed or prohibited by law.

How To Enter.
To enter the World Amateur Challenge Sweepstakes drawing (the "Sweepstakes"), log on to the website at www.wgt.com, register to enter the Sweepstakes, and then play the designated Nine Hole Closest-to-the-Hole Challenge (the "Game") at www.wgt.com, where you take nine golf shots in attempt to get the ball closest to the hole. You must play and complete the Game between 1:00 am Pacific Time (in other words, California Time) ("PT") August 15, 2009 and 11:59 pm PT September 30, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period") and you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. You may play as often as you wish during the Sweepstakes period, but only one entry per person, per Word Golf Tour (“WGT”) user account, and per email address will be accepted. You may be entered into the Sweepstakes, however, if you do not meet all eligibility criteria described in Section 1 of these Official Rules, you will not be eligible to win a prize. If you are selected in a random drawing as a potential prize winner and you do not meet all eligibility criteria described in Section 1 of these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: ENTRANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE APPLICABLE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD TIMES IN THEIR RESPECTIVE TIME ZONES.
The Sweepstakes Period will end at 11:59 pm PT on September 30, 2009. Sponsors’ computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Use of multiple email addresses or multiple WGT user accounts to enter is prohibited. Use of a false email address or a false WGT user account, or an incorrect mail address may disqualify an entry. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT ALL SUSPECTED FRAUDULENT OR IMPROPER ENTRIES MAY BE DISQUALIFIED BY SPONSOR AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION. Approximate time to play the Game is five (5) minutes.
You may also enter the Sweepstakes by registering for a free World Golf Tour account at www.wgt.com (if you have not already), and sending a 3"x5" card with the following information hand-written on it: your name, address, your WGT user name, email Address, and date of birth, To: World Golf Tour, Inc., World Amateur Challenge Sweepstakes Entry, 180 Sansome Street, 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Mail-in entries must be hand-written and legible. Computer generated, typewritten, and other electronically or mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are not acceptable. Mail-in entries that do not conform with the requirements herein will not be acknowledged and Sponsor will disregard such entry requests and any such entry requests will not be eligible to enter or win.
All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 pm PT September 30, 2009. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by October 7, 2009. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and, if in an envelope, each must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. Limit: one (1) entry per person, per WGT user account, and per email address.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, garbled or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to entries. Sponsor and its agents and subcontractors accept no responsibility for entries lost or delayed in submission. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the website, or who otherwise violates these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an Entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account designated in the entrant's World Golf Tour user account will be deemed to be the entrant. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Prize.
There are three prizes per Sweepstakes Period, as follows:
One (1) Grand Prize: Prize includes entry for two (2) into the 2010 World Amateur Handicap Championship in Myrtle Beach, SC ($1100 total USD value). Double occupancy hotel for five nights during the event at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Hotel ($800 total USD value). Roundtrip economy/coach airfare for two (2) from a major International Airport located within the Continental United States or Canada and near the winners residence (maxium value of $500 USD per roundtrip airfare ticket). Standard size rental car for week tournament (total value of $350USD). Total prize value estimated at $3,250 USD. **
One (1) entry for two into the 2010 World Amateur Handicap Championship (total value is $1100 USD).
One (1) $500 gift card to the PGA TOUR Superstore. Gift card can be used in any PGA TOUR Superstore location or on website (www.pgatoursuperstore.com).
** The 2010 World Amateur Handicap Championship will take place from August 30 - September 3, 2010. Winner must take the trip during the 2010 World Amateur Handicap Championship dates or prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
Hotel fees at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Hotel include room rate and nightly taxes only.
Travel, accommodations, and golf course related restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply and may include, without limitation, seasonal restrictions, scheduling restrictions, and time-based restrictions (e.g., expiration dates). Travel arrangements are subject to availability. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, golf courses or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.
Except as otherwise explicitly stated above, winner is responsible for transportation to and from any prize related events or destinations, any incidentals, including, without limitation: meals, telephone calls, facsimile charges, Internet charges, spa/beauty salon services, laundry, tours/excursions, gift shop purchases, hotel processing fees, and any other expenses not mentioned in these Official Rules, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any extra nights' stay and any additional costs associated with an extended stay are the sole responsibility of winner. Additional restrictions may apply. Winner must hold valid documentation for travel, and is responsible for his or her own insurance arrangements. Winners must confirm travel dates no later than December 30, 2009. Flights and accommodations will be booked by Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday. Prize must be redeemed and used entirely between August 30 - September 3, 2010, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Airline tickets and accommodations must be used together and are subject to availability and certain restrictions, so Sponsor cannot guarantee prize will be available on the exact dates specified by winner. If for any reason any portion of the prize is delayed, cancelled or postponed, or becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its discretion and award a substitute prize of approximately equal or greater value.
No substitution of prizes for cash or for other goods and services is permittedAll taxes, including, without limitation, all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, and international tariffs, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
All prizes claimed in accordance with the Official Rules will be awarded. Winners may be required to provide a U.S. shipping address to claim prize. Prizes will be mailed or otherwise dispersed within twenty-eight (28) business days following Sponsor's receipt of the completed Affidavit of Eligibility and, except where and as prohibited, a Liability Release and Publicity Release, as well as verification of winner's eligibility.

Winner Selection and Notification.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 15, 2009 from all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. The drawing will be conducted at Sponsor's address as indicated in Paragraph 8 of these rules by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Potential winners will be notified on or about October 15, 2009 by an email sent to the email address specified in the entry. If potential winner cannot be contacted at this email address, is contacted and does not respond as directed within seven (7) days of first attempted notification, refuses the prize, is ineligible to accept the prize or does not otherwise comply with the Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Potential winners may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and, except where and as prohibited, a Liability Release and Publicity Release in the form provided by Sponsor included below in these Official Rules within seven (7) days of first attempted notification in order to claim the prize. Potential winners may be required to show proof of identification within seven (7) days of first attempted notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Guest of Grand Prize winner will also be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release at least 14 days prior to travel or guest will not be able to accompany winner during prize travel.

General Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to abide by and be bound by the terms of these Official Rules, and assumes sole liability and accepts all risk of loss for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of, or travel to or from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond Sponsor's control and to select winner from eligible entries received on or before the termination date. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error.
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants grant to Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, right and royalty-free license to use the entry, and, except where prohibited by law, entrant's first and/or last name, city and state/province of residence, photo(s), voice and/or likeness; in any and all media in connection with this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree (a) that Sponsor has the right to exploit and utilize entrant's first and/or last name, city and state/province of residence, photo(s), voice and/or likeness in any and all media without any further attribution, notification or compensation to entrant, except where prohibited; (b) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges; and (c) to be contacted by Sponsor or its agents by telephone, mail or email regarding this Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees or agents of each, from any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light) arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, with the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or while traveling to or from any Sweepstakes or prize related activity.
In the event that any provision of these Official Rules shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Official Rules unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and, in such event, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisions.
Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Applicable Law.
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of California applicable to contracts entered into by California residents and to be performed within such State without regard to its conflict of law provisions, with venue in San Francisco County, California.

Requests must be received by October 30, 2009.

I represent and certify to World Golf Tour, Inc. ("Sponsor"), that I was 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (or if the age of majority in my state is greater than 18 years of age, I was at least the age of majority in my state of residence as of the date of entry), I am a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. I hereby certify that I am eligible, under the "World Amateur Challenge Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") official rules, attached hereto(the "Rules"), to claim the applicable prize set forth below and further described in the Rules (the "Prize"). I represent that I have read, fully understand, have complied with, and agree to be bound by the Rules.

I also acknowledge that Sponsor has not arranged for and does not carry any insurance of any kind for my benefit or that of my heirs, executors and administrators relative to my use of the prize; and that I am solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, accident, property or other insurance relative to my use of the prize.
I grant Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, right and royalty-free license to use my entry and, except where prohibited by law, my first and/or last name, city and state of residence, photo(s), voice and/or likeness; in any and all media.
