1. Eligibility.

   Open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater. Employees, officers, and directors of World Golf Tour, Inc. ("Sponsor"), American Century Services, LLC and NBC Universal, Inc. (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their affiliated entities, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members (regardless of where they live) and persons living in their same household (ether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win prizes. Void where restricted, taxed or prohibited by law.

2. How To Enter.
   
   There are two (2) ways to enter:

   a. To enter the American Century Championship Challenge (the "Sweepstakes") by playing the Game (as defined below), log on to the website at www.wgt.com or www.nbcsports.com/tahoe to register to enter the Sweepstakes and then play the 9 hole skill challenge at www.wgt.com where you take 9 golf shots in an attempt to get the ball closest to the hole (the "Game"). You must play and complete the Game between 1:00 am Pacific Time ("PT") on July 1, 2010, and 11:59 pm PT on July 31, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period") and you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Your performance in the Game will not affect your chance of winning the Sweepstakes. You may play as often as you wish during the Sweepstakes period, but only one entry per person and per email address will be accepted.

   IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: ENTRANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD TIMES IN THEIR RESPECTIVE TIME ZONES.

   b. To enter the Sweepstakes without playing the Game visit www.wgt.com and follow the provided instructions to register for a free World Golf Tour account (if you do not already have a World Golf Tour account), then send a 3"x5" card with the following information hand-written on it: your name, address, World Golf Tour User Name, Email Address, and Date Of Birth, to: World Golf Tour, Inc., American Century Championship Challenge Sweepstakes Entry, 180 Sansome Street, 5th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Mail-in entries must be hand-written. Computer generated, typewritten, and other electronically or mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are not acceptable. Mail-in entries that do not conform with the requirements herein will not be acknowledged and Sponsor will disregard such entry requests and any such entry requests will not be eligible to enter or win.

   The Sweepstakes Period will end at 11:59 pm PT on July 31, 2010. Sponsors' computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes. You may play the Game as often as you wish during the Sweepstakes Period, but only one entry per person, per World Golf Tour user account, and per email address will be accepted. Use of multiple email addresses or multiple World Golf Tour user accounts to enter is prohibited.  Use of a false email address or a false World Golf Tour user account, or an incorrect mail address may disqualify an entry.  BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT ALL SUSPECTED FRAUDULENT OR IMPROPER ENTRIES MAY BE DISQUALIFIED BY SPONSOR AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.  Approximate time to play the Game is five (5) minutes.

   All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 pm PT July 31, 2010. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by August 7, 2010. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and, if in an envelope, each must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. Limit: one entry per person, per World Golf Tour user account, and per email address. Use of a false email address or account, or an incorrect mail address may disqualify an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, garbled or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to the Game or entries. Sponsor and its agents and subcontractors accept no responsibility for entries lost or delayed in submission. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the Game, the entry process or the operation of the Game and/or the website, or who otherwise violates these rules. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account designated in the entrant's World Golf Tour user account will be deemed to be the entrant. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Prize.
   
   There are eleven (11) prizes, as follows:
   
   

   One (1) Grand Prize Trip ("Grand Prize" or "Grand Prize Trip"): Roundtrip economy/coach airfare for two people (Grand Prize winner and a guest) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner's residence to Reno-Tahoe International Airport (maximum value USD $1,000), four nights, five days hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at Harvey's Lake Tahoe Resort from July 13 – July 17, 2011 (maximum value USD $200 per night), ground transportation from destination airport to and from hotel (maximum value $200), and two VIP passes to the 2011 American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe ("Event") and all Event functions (July 13-17, 2010), each as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,500. Actual value of Grand Prize Trip may vary depending on winner’s residence and seasonal rates.**

   Ten (10) NBC Sports Golf Gift Packs: each consisting of NBC Sports branded promotional merchandise to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV USD $50 each).

   ARV of all prizes is USD $3,000.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

   **The Grand Prize Trip includes VIP passes to all Event activities, including Welcome Reception on July 13, 2011, 2 passes to the American Century Championship tournament with clubhouse hospitality, access to the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, and 2 passes to the Summer Concert Series on July 15 or 16, 2010. Grand Prize winner must take the Grand Prize Trip from  July 13 – July 17, 2011 or Grand Prize Trip will be forfeited in its entirety. 

   All prize details including, as applicable, color, model, style, and size shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Grand Prize winner and guest must use Grand Prize Trip together on same itinerary.  Travel, accommodations, and golf course related restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply and may include, without limitation, seasonal restrictions, scheduling restrictions, and time-based restrictions (e.g., expiration dates). Travel arrangements are subject to availability. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, golf courses or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by the same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.

   Except as otherwise explicitly stated above, Grand Prize winner is responsible for transportation to and from any Grand Prize related events or destinations, any incidentals, including, without limitation: meals, telephone calls, facsimile charges, Internet charges, spa/beauty salon services, laundry, tours/excursions, gift shop purchases, hotel processing fees, and any other expenses not mentioned in these Official Rules, which are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Any extra nights' stay and any additional costs associated with an extended stay are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner.  Additional restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and guest must hold valid documentation for travel, and each is responsible for his or her own insurance arrangements. Grand Prize winner must confirm travel dates within thirty days of prize notification, but in no event later than January 31, 2011. Flight and accommodations must be booked through Sponsor. Grand Prize Trip must be redeemed and used entirely between July 13, 2011 and July 17, 2011, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Airline tickets and accommodations must be used together and are subject to availability and certain restrictions, so Sponsor cannot guarantee Grand Prize Trip will be available on the exact dates and/or times specified by Grand Prize winner. If for any reason any portion of the Grand Prize, including but not limited to the Event and/or the Event activities, is delayed, cancelled or postponed, or becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its discretion and award a substitute prize of comparable or greater value. If Grand Prize winner chooses to take the Grand Prize Trip with no guest, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Grand Prize obligation to Grand Prize winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity releases (collectively, "Guest Documents"), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents (as defined below), or guest portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. If guest is a minor, the Grand Prize winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on such minor’s behalf.  Guest will be required to sign and return to Sponsor a Liability/Publicity Release by May 31, 2011 or guest will not be able to accompany Grand Prize winner during prize travel, use prize accommodations, or use prize tickets.

   No substitution of prizes or any component of a prize for cash or for other goods and services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any prize component becomes unavailable. NBC Sports Gift Pack prizes and prize components are subject to availability. All taxes, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

   All prizes claimed in accordance with the Official Rules will be awarded. Winners may be required to provide a U.S. shipping address to claim prize. Prizes will be mailed or otherwise dispersed within twenty-eight (28) business days following Sponsor's receipt of the completed Affidavit of Eligibility and, except where and as prohibited, a Liability Release and Publicity Release, as well as verification of winner's eligibility.

4. Winner Selection and Notification.

   Eleven (11) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 15, 2010 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted at Sponsor’s address (as indicated in Paragraph 8) of these Official Rules by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  Winners will be notified on or about August 30, 2010 by an email sent to the email address specified in the entry. If a winner cannot be contacted at this email address, is contacted and does not respond as directed within seven (7) days of attempted notification, refuses the prize or is ineligible to accept the prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner as selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.  Winners may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and, except where prohibited, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (collectively, "Sweepstakes Documents") in the form provided by Sponsor, within seven (7) days of attempted notification in order to claim the applicable prize.  Winners may be required to show proof of identification within seven (7) days of attempted notification, or the prize may be forfeited and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and time permitting, awarded to an alternate winner as selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

5. General Terms.
   
   

   By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to abide by and be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and assumes sole liability and accepts all risk of loss for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of, or travel to or from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.  Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond Sponsor's control and to select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the event leading to  termination.  Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error.

   By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants grant to Sponsor and its designees a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, right and royalty-free license to use the entry, and, except where prohibited by law, entrant’s first and/or last name, city and state of residence, photo(s), voice and/or likeness in any and all media in and in connection with promotion, publicity, marketing and advertising for Sponsor, this Sweepstakes or other promotions by Sponsor in Sponsor’s discretion, or for any other purposes including without limitation, by making them available for download, without any further attribution, notification or compensation to Entrant.  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be contacted by Sponsor or its agents by telephone, mail or email regarding this Sweepstakes.

   In the event that any provision of these Official Rules shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Official Rules unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and, in such event, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisions. 

   Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
   SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

6. Applicable Law.
   
   The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of California applicable to contracts entered into by California residents and to be performed within such State without regard to its conflict of law provisions, with venue in San Francisco County, California.

   A list of winners can be viewed on the "Recent Winners" webpage at www.wgt.com, and is also available by sending a stamped, and self-addressed envelope to " American Century Championship Challenge Winners," 180 Sansome Street 5th floor, San Francisco, CA  94104.  Requests must be received by August 30, 2010.
