How does a 12 or 13 WGT green speed compare to say a US OPEN green speed?

Has anyone done any IRL testing of this?

I believe the green speeds you see here in this game correlate with what is called stimpmeter IRL, a device used to measure the speed of a green.

Google says at the (British) Open, it's usually between 10 and 11, while the US Open & Augusta National for the Masters will have them running around 13 to 14.

Thankyou so much for yet another insightful contribution .  TBF it's slightly more intelligent than your usual dross.

    LOL I know, Brian.

⇩⇩ Watch out, dodgy! A naysayer's gonna spring out and call you weasel for choosing salt over sugar. LOL "RIDICULOUS!!! IT'S GOTTA BE SUGAR!!" ⇩⇩

EDIT : GIF removed. Somebody PM'ed me saying it was too creepy. But here is the link for the late comer. (Yes, YOU! LOL)

I prefer salt to sugar, especially in porridge.

I think it's a very reasonable question. Most of us won't play Augusta but it would be nice to get a feel of those greens with what we have at our disposal on WGT.

Which begs the question... where is the Augusta add-on for WGT?
