  My reply was given to the person that stated,  " mobile, tiers up by level, and not averages, until legend or later. " All that I stated, simply added proof, as to his statement being suspect.

  You're still good, my friend, as the quoted post was indeed too general. Alas, it contains some truth for a certain area of the game.

  I just wanted to add my two cents… What Apex wrote has correlated exactly for me. I checked my rounds according to his/her scale And it corresponded exactly...Thank you very much for the information!

  I'm Master. Under my stats, I have 41 ranked rounds and my average is 61.28. Why am I not getting bumped up to Tour Master??

  It is possible that mobile players (and now everyone, because of the new app) are promoted based on coin room wins and not level progression.

  I was recently promoted to TM immediately following a win in one of the coin rooms. I have tons of ranked rounds and my average was higher than 63.

  I have been winning many of my coin room matches every day since January. Since the promotion happened after a coin room win, it is feasible that my theory is correct.
