Summer Nights Tournament is in the books!
Congratulations to HuskerConan on his dominating performance as he has pushed his game towards the next level! This tournament was drastically effected by the first round which played so incredibly tough. Only 5 players broke 70 in that round, and two of those five held on for trophy spots, including HuskerConan who posted the very lowest opening round before posting 3 more good scores to hang on for the win.
Congratulations to garyk49 who recovered from a slow first round and fought his way back up onto the leaderboard, finishing in 2nd place. And Congratulations to wedge0837 who narrowly held on to the 3rd and final trophy position. 3rd place was separated by less than a stroke, with Gepetto1958 & AlaskanDame just missing the podium.
Trophies are on their way, along with a sleeve of balls for HuskerConan.
Now it's time for the Dog Days Invitational, which starts today at Olympic. Final handicaps will be posted some time today (for those who's handicap is not yet showing).
