Passes not working

  I moved to level 96 last week,  and since then whenever I use cc passes, I'm getting a fraction  of the xp I'm supposed to get.  When I use one to get my daily xp bonus,  I don't get any of it, neither does my cc. Any help would be great.  I'm at a loss lol. 

  I just used one,  and was supposed to get 230 xp, I was just testing it lol,  and only got 30. I confirmed my cc got the same amount

  Yes,  i use at the start of the day.  The problem arose last week.  When i use a pass, i get none of the xp daily bonus. I even waited until a few minutes past just to be sure

  pdb1:

  Are you using it as your 1st pass of the day ?

  If I remember right . That is how you get the optimal XP's . After that it goes down to next to nothing .

  Somebody confirm please .

  You haven’t lost your consecutive days , have you ? That would make a huge difference .

  My guess was also that you lost your CDP, but you say that didn't happen.

  The XP you earn is not based on what level you are.  It is based on the type of round you play, how many times you hit the ball, your country club's level, and some other factors.  Also, when you use a CC Pass, you personally do not get additional XP.  Using a CC Pass simply gives your CC the same amount of XP (club XP) that you earned for playing your round.

  I'm trying to see if I can post a screen shot.  I'm currently at 281 CDP. I can assure you I haven't lost that.

  1. sign out of app and here on wgt.com and try signing back in

  I thought where I had the issue on both pc and mobile,  that may not work.  I'm VERY happy to report,  I think it did. The reset seems to have worked.  I'm going to play again to confirm.  

  I played a 900 coin game to see,  club got 2 more xp than me, i assume it's supposed to be the same?  I'm doing reinstall now.
