If at all poss. I for one would love to be able to reach into my bag and get a new nike when durning game i run out.

This only happens if you run out of the exact same ball you started with. You can't switch from that and there's an in game prompt to buy more when you get to your last one. You can buy balls during the round and if they're the exact same ball you won't get those baldies.  :-)

Chad, in your last chat you mentioned a few items WGT plans on introducing:

    • Making the game harder:  "So over the next few releases... you are going to start to see new physics features being rolled out that will require a much greater degree of course mgmt."
    • Improving the meter: "we are working on a few optimization solutions that will address some of the most common situations;"
    • Multis & Baggers: "without going into more confidential info... we are doing some things on the backend as well with our data analysis team.  "

Have any of these been introduced to date?  If not, when can we expect to see the improvements?  A little more specificity would help all of our patience I think.

    Thank you.

"patience" being the operative word here, which seems to be running abit short of supply amongst many players here ..

feedback, clarity & transparency is needed ...

    and action too ...

Indeed. If they do change parameters to make the game harder, it would be good to know. We do not necessarily need to know the parameters, but at least it would stop us from questing our own sudden drop in performance.

    Yup.

Like a good friend of mine says: "don't confuse activity with accomplishment".

At a certain point, patience becomes naivety bordering on vapid stupidity.  Patience was fine for the first year we complained about the sandbagging and multi-accounting.  Now, after having our concern thoroughly ignored by WGT for over a year, to the point where obvious cheaters are winning major tournaments and WGT is still clueless, at this point patience becomes gross ignorance if ANYONE believes WGT will do ANYTHING that isn't to boost their bottom line.

To wit:  It is obvious to anyone with even a sliver of functioning brain that having all clubs available to all tiers encourages sand-bagging.  It is also obvious that there is NO REASON a hack needs a driver that hits 270, or a Pro needs a driver that hits 300.  So, to anyone with any intelligence whatsoever, limiting clubs by tier is a no-brainer, something an autistic two year old could figure out (with apologies to autistic two year olds).  Yet, WGT has not figured it out.  WHY?  One of two reasons:  Either WGT is less intelligent, with less common sense than an autistic two year old, OR WGT isn't willing to sacrifice a cent of profit to make the game more fair and equitable.  You decide which is which.

What they have done is to stop certain clubs being available to hacks & am's. Will make next to no difference as most of the problem is in pro's & tp's tier. Not to mention all the so called "hidden legend" TM's doing their best not to tier up.

How does an all pitching and chipping CTTH sound? We do get a few holes to pitch and chip in the current CTTH, but I thought it would be interesting to have a pitching/chipping CTTH only, being we have the putting CTTH now.

It could be the next WGT Nation tournament.
