The issue seems to be with the:
"You have not provided a country of residence.Click here to update your eligibility."
When you click it tells you:
"Your date of birth has been accepted and you are now eligible to play in most WGT Tournaments. Skill gaming laws in your country/state do not allow you to play in some wgt tournaments."
Despite also stating that:
"This tournament is open to residents of all countries."
Some of the backend changes to the interface have broken this it seems for now. I can't enter any premium tourny's in my CC expect through the game window,
