Just wanted to let everyone know that the putter/shot pal bug has been fixed.  You will need to close your browser and re-open though for the fix to take.  Again I want to thank everyone for bearing with us as we got it fixed.

Thank you very much for the swift resolution to this matter. I have to admit it really played on my mind while playing without the numbers on the Putter Pal. I kept missing putts with my eyes creeping to the left to look at the meter instead of keeping them on the center Ding line.

The 25%, 50% and 75% graphic are still missing below my meter with the Shotpal. Caches cleared, logged off and on, rebooted. The graphic isn't there with either Chrome or Safari browsers.

    Bug report sent.

I only tried the 20 hit shot pal - but mine never had any percentages on it.

Here's a screen shot of the page with both PP and Shot Pal to purchase. The PP has always had the 25, 50, and 75% power numbers. Shot Pal does not have them. Both should always have the amount of remaining hits left no matter what.

Those things are just crutches anyway. I doubt many elite players use them. I'm pretty sure most really good players go by avatar movements.

How does that make a difference?

Why use avatar movements? That's like using an accelerator pedal with 6 or 8 notches instead of continuous movement.

Of course, I don't use the PALs either. Forget percentage. I wrote my own ruler. If the club hits 150 and I need to go 140 I want to know where 140 is. I don't want to know where 93.3% is. I don't want to know that my avatar needs to be in the next-to-last notch.

And yes, despite some posts to the contrary, it's suitably linear. Deviation, even when small, outweighs any non-linearity there might be. That's presuming that you choose the next longest club. I can't speak for using a 150 club to hit 20 yards.
