  Lol ... heya mook ! And yeah ... they could have two weeks for a single play first round and the remaining two weeks out of the month for a single play second round which is simple and doable ... 

  But I still like CTTH too ...

  It doesn't look like you're in any rush to join the TL tier.  

  Oh .... should I be ? I don't need the title as a status symbol ... there are enough "paper" TL's without me being added to the list ... when my score average gets to 60.00 and I shoot that under 60 round that comes after, I'll be tiered up, just like everyone else. Feel free to call me a sandbagger in the meantime if you wish ... I've been called much worse.

  Only jking, nobody should be forced to get promoted. Actually, TL is not too bad,

  I must admit.  The only problem with that promotion is if you like to play the Credit games on here, then you might be fooked as your up against the Elite.

  Apart from that...  TL is great :) ...and when you are ready to get promoted it will be great/ Don't worry about peer pressure.

  +1 for not another virtual tour as last year.

  at least two single round for month.

  I guess no matter what we say here has any influence on what WGT will do, sales & marketing strategies needs to be followed.

  However, I hate unlimited & cheaters therefore I suggest single play with WGT 3 click forced. This way the ones that uses the famous Engine Cheat might slow the meter but still in trouble with the distance, hitting the right amount of power & hitting the ding, as for the other ones where you fill up boxes and auto-ding itself will certainly not work at all ;).

  I still think WGT has plans & a schedules not to be changed because we suggest changes.

  ... and with last night's update, WGT has published the rest of the 2015 VT schedule:

  

  So, the obvious thing to note is Pebble appearing twice... which I fear can only mean it'll be CCTH in Feb (timed to coincide with the Pebble Beach Pro-Am) and not the full18 real course until November :(  I can't see them using the same full course twice in the VT, so that seems to be the only logical conclusion.

  IIRC Pebble was supposed to be next after Bandon, and before Chambers Bay... but this seems to suggest we may have to wait a bit longer.

  Unless they've gone out and shot other full courses (Harbor Town, Valhalla!!!), this schedule also has two other CCTH, which is disappointing. To me, the CCTH last year felt like an anomaly in the Tour: full 18 strokeplay, even if we can't have single-play rounds throughout, is at least more like a proper tournament.

  Note too that St Andrews is in as a major, to tie in with The Open there in July.

  No Merion (boo...), Bethpage, RSG, or Oakmont (which wasn't in last year either). Nor any  Best of ... courses this year (would have liked to see one of the tough ones used, Bo4 or BoH).

  Last year, not the whole calendar (course) was observed.

  But above all what are the rules for the qualification to the final round?

  The top 70 of final laederbord for December?

  The top 3 for 2° round??

  This is very disappointing and I'm not a big fan of ctth's.

  All the Comps should be stroke play comps and throw in an U/Lie, that would be good too.

  Note advance notice is up (via the Calendar page) for March's Kiawah Championship, and there's an interesting development of 2 x single-play rounds as well as the initial unlimited round (i.e. a total of 3 rounds for this event, as a Major in the VT).

  Belated response to Roger above: yes, I agree, all comps in this VT should be Stroke Play. Doing a mix of ctth and stroke makes no sense. Now that WGT have 12+ full strokeplay courses that can be used, there's no need for ccth in the mix (presumably the intent is to attract new customers via tie-ins with concurrent PGA tour events, but it seems to me that the abbreviated format would make that less likely).

  I think ccth should have its own parallel tour. It would be fascinating to see which players could top a year-round tour leaderboard in that specialty.

  And, surprise, surprise, I would also LOVE to see an Uneven Lies Virtual Tour!
