  Thank you all for bearing with us. I just wanted to give an update here.

  Swing Meter: We made some adjustments last night that went live and believe it has really helped the situation. We are receiving way fewer player reports and emails. If you are still having troubles, make sure to close and reopen the game window.

  Pips: We are still working on this situation and appreciate your patience. I know that this one is troublesome to players since you all are so used to the speed of the peeps before this.

  Alt Shot / Match Play extra holes: There have been reports that players in these game modes are not able to continue to extra holes. I know this has been reported before with Alt Shot games but not on a consistent basis. The issue with Match Play is new though. We are investigating this problem as well. If any one had troubles with a credit match play game please contact us at Support. http://www.wgt.com/help-request.aspx

  Again, thank you all for being a part of the community and for sticking it out with the latest issues. We know the pain and working hard to stop it.

  What are the symptons, does one or more disconnect, or does the game freeze, or do u get "UNEXPECTED ERROR" ?

  I can tell you the Alt extra holes issue is real. I've played 5 alt shot games with different players yesterday and today. All went to extra holes and froze up. We lost experience, CC Passes and basically wasted our time. Out of the 6 Alt shot games I have played the last 2 days I've gotten 223 XP points.

  yep..just..happen..to..me

  went to OT on alt game, froze up after hitting tee off button..3..times..we..won..by default.

  Been here for over 5 1/2 years, not posted on forum for prob 2 1/2 years. Just tried playing a bracket match on best of par 4, what a fkg joke, 5 over on front 9. i think my last over par round for 9 holes was so long ago I can't remember. Shots were crazy long, or woefully short, def not normal. I don't play as much as I used to, but holy shilt. Still in beta? This game could have been great, now just something to pass time before bed. JB

  We are still working on the mobile app. Players can still hit the ball. They just need to either drag the meter to the left or drag it up. But you must start in the middle of the meter and just drag your finger up the middle of the screen. The meter will still work.

  Simply tired of WGT. Playing only by habit now, certainly not for fun. Just rage quit my 3rd round in a row, status went yellow, and now going to do my very very best to quit playing WGT completely.

  WGT does NOT maintain a ' good ' online gaming experience. They simply have too many flaws. In fact, it's the most troublesome glitch riddled game I've ever played, and I've been a gamer sense Atari and through the very beginning of PC games. WGT takes the top award in ineptness and failure.
