Dear WGT, we spent an hour and a half trying to get in an alt shot game,  we hit the fairway alot, and even hit the green alot, but never got past hole 14.  Please quit adding bells and whistles, and pizza boxes.  Fix the disconnects please.  If it wasn't for the people in our country club, alot of us would have quit long ago.  If we can't finish a game, we don't care to much about your flashing or clapping.  This problem has been going on a very long time, and yall seem to be oblivious to our concerns.  We pay good money for balls and clubs, and can't even finish a club tourney, but guess what, yall can still keep count of the hits on our balls.  Cmon guys.  Fix it, and quit adding bs to the game.  Please

PS.  by the way, we started on 10!!!!!!!

As more customers write to the support as better. I did yesterday and have got a bla-bla-yadda-yadda-answer that they "unfortunally dont have a way to remove ... schwurbel-schwurbel-schwurbel". To complain here at the forum is ok but not enough. If enough of us write to their support, may be they wake up then and remove the flashes. Here is the link:

As my friends here may know, it's not often I'm drawn into complaints about WGT, which I truly appreciate for offering such an incredibly realistic and compelling gameplay, and such a community of like-minded enthusiasts.

However, this latest 'feature' of the bright flashing text is so appalling I'm compelled to write. It gave me a headache after playing a couple of 9s last night, and prompted me to stop playing for the rest of the evening (on a rare night when I could have played for hours). I now approach the rounds I'm committed to with trepidation... and am instead trying to imagine versions of the game that can possibly avoid all or most of the flashing messages: who's for Rough-It-Out tourneys (e.g. full UEL starters from the tips in high winds with SuperFast greens, where you have to avoid the fairway, and can't possibly make the green with any hope of making par)!

I share the concern many have expressed that the strobe-like effect could have more serious health implications than just a headache -- but at the most basic level, I too found myself trying to look away at the very moment when I want to see the result of my approach or putt, clearly the last thing any sensible game developer would want their participants doing. I honestly believe WGT will drive away more players through this, and similar, gimmicks than will possibly be drawn in by it.

The core reason WGT appealed to me (and I'm sure many others) in the first place, was because of the authenticity of the golfing experience it offered: outstanding photographic replications of the very best courses, and a realistic gameplay unsullied by excessive bells and whistles. I urge WGT (and their new TopGolf masters)... please don't demean and undermine further everything you've achieved with this game.

    Thank you for reading,

    Corwyn

Dont check but it seem the lvl 63 driver priced 1000 is a bargain for a freshly master tier.

Legends have already dirvers, what do you want more ?

I am using this thread to thank those who have put their names on the PETITION thread on Community help section.

I have used this thread as not to spoil the flow of names being added, and one again must thank you all for just putting your name as i asked, just makes it clear with no back and forth discussions.

I have had contact from a South African gentleman who is a recent addition to my friends list (purposely not using name on here fear moderation), who has written to WGT, TOPGOLF and others regarding this issue. He has suffered health problems because of this and his post is under moderation.

I could copy his letter onto here, but i wont, as i may also be moderated.

The mods on here are not to blame for this, they also like to play this game and i bet they dont like the new flashing images, but obviously cant say so.

WGT will of course say there are millions of users so list is not impressive, well how many use this forum. My idea then would be to create a "im in favour of new flashing images", and then we can compare signatures. ;-)
