Cool!  We now have a WGT Fan Store, with hats, mugs, calanders, etc.

Now I can buy the mousepad with an aerial view of Kiawah #3 on it and not only put my ball in the water, but put my mouse in the water too!

I was vainly looking for a mousepad showing the green that makes all of us tremble, Bethpage 15. A good one might be the screenshot showing the arc of AvatarLee's 60+ft birdie putt on BP 15. Too bad I stopped using mousepads years ago.

I'd seriously be interested in that half-litre (or thereabouts) WGT mug, maroon-coloured inside (because crimson seems unavailable). But, I fear the postage might be more expensive than the mug, and the site was pretty hazy about shipment rates overseas.

Wow! You aren't kidding Faterson. How can WGT justify selling a t-shirt for $40.75? and then pay $4.00 more for 2x. The hoodies are only $7.00 more then a t-shirt.

Why is everything so expensive? Is WGT giving money to charity or something? WGT needs to hold a press conference and explain the elevated pricing on their merch.

The merch is pretty cool looking, but way to rich for my wallet. This merch is just as expensive as golf itself. There must be an association factor between the two.

Golf truley is a rich man's game, and this proves it.

    Slightly off topic but...

Until WGT either starts charging for something or gets out of beta and begins selling this game, there's a risk that it will be going away.   Interesting business model, relying on free internet  to build a customer base....worked for some but not for many.

My observation is that the number of repeat or active players is quite small compared to the number registered.  Let's hope more people find their way here and enjoy it.   Still a very inexpensive form of entertainment.

Not only do you get the feelling of real golf when your playing the game they took it up a notch and gave us that clubhouse feel too. Probably going to buy a hat to go with my clubs.

The elevated rates are because merch is created on demand. There is no stock. The pros are that you can customize anything (colors, sizes, other details) and it's always available, never out of stock. The con is that it costs more money to make that item because it's always a one-off.
