Par 3  - 10 feet down to green and about 140 yards to pin. 10 mph tail wind.

I give the 9i (FULL is 150yds) full backspin and click about where 140yds should be out of 150yds. Now that actually is probably more than i should have given it, but it ends up short at 120yds in rough. This happens way more than it should. If you cant hit the ball crisp if you dont hit a full shot then dont have a power meter. It even makes a duller sound which makes me assume its a somewhat heavy shot. Its ridiculous the amount of shots ive lost due to this inconsistency. And the chipping physics around the green are atrocious. Since when was the fringe made of velcro.   WGT could be so much more. But falls short in many ways.

    Hi

I could be wrong but even on level 90 clubs, 9i is 135 yards., so on other clubs it should be even shorter.

Also, when you choke on a club, and hit bs, all these elements introduce a higher chance to have a deviation.

From what you said, you should be hitting about 133 or so bs using nike balls and something else with others. 150 club is definitely way too much

The 10mph tail wind probably wasn't there even though it said it was.

Tailwind while using bs helps the ball up thus increasing distance  does it not or am I missing something?

The yardage i gave is accurate. Not sure what club i used though but thats really irrelevant in this instance. It has occurred with many different clubs and just because you choke on a club should not mean you hit it fat and it goes 20 yards short with a tailwind and a lower green from the tee. I clicked on the power meter id say at 90%.You can stick up for them all you want but I report on what i see. That is all.

I agree 100% but as long as people keep spending $ that's all they care about. Nothing will get fixed until people stand up and actually boycott them or something. While all this is going on this site continues to grow bigger & bigger. It is very addicting but after you start to play for some time you soon begin to realize this game doesn't behave like other golf games it's designed to lure you in & get you to spend $.

Nailed it. I see this trend with all online games now pretty much. You must continue to pay for better balls/equip, or not be competitive. And when you do get the best stuff, be sure next month better stuff will come out, and your trade in will be hilarious. My advice, find a spot money wise you can live with for clubs, and then decide how much a month you wanna spend on balls, and stick with it.  I got all my clubs thru doing some of  the offers, but I have spent a bundle on balls. Now I stick with 5 bucks or so a month for balls, that is all they are getting from me from now on. Unless you have the time to play 5 hours a day, stay away from the Ready Gos and credit matches. I would also say stay away from ranked rounds once you reach the tier you like and can play well with your clubs. The avg system is a joke.

Another case of blame the tools and not the person

9 iron is max 135 yards, your either mistaken and have used wrong club or you mean 8i (150 yards)  If you are using backspin on 150 iron you should expect club to go 145 yards before taking wind into effect, 131 with 135 iron.

As for the clunk sound, i've had this a few times, a dull clunk and ball usualy for me sails left, just like some miss hit.  This might be your problem and not the actual clubs.  It happens maybe 1 in 75 shots.

But as for the pitching and chipping, i think you might need more practice as the wedge's short game are excellent after knowing how to use them.

As for making an effort, 2 new courses coming up in next 2 months WGT sure are lazy gits!

better to use the next club down with full power +ts and rattle it other than use the 150yrd club and choke it...especially with a tail wind....cause the wind will bring it down quicker as you witnessed.

    Hi

I am not justifying anything. I have before had very weird performance too and some were off by 10-20 yards. I am just commenting on what you have said.
