WORLD GOLF TOUR may sponsor and give you the opportunity to earn WGT Credits in certain in-game skill based tournaments ("Tournaments"). The odds of earning WGT Credits in a Tournament depend on your relative skill in the Tournament. Tournaments are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in the entrant's state or province/territory of residence, whichever is greater. WGT at its sole discretion may limit the number of participants who may enter a Tournament. To participate in a Tournament, everyone is welcome except (a) residents of the following U.S. states: Montana, Tennessee, or Vermont, or be subject to the laws of one of those states (b) any other jurisdiction that WGT excludes in its sole discretion. Employees, officers, and directors of WGT and its affiliated entities, parent, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to enter participate in Tournament. Void where restricted, taxed or prohibited by law.

In order to enter and earn credits from skill based Challenges the individual must have a valid registered World Golf Tour account (free) and enter the Challenge in the indicated time frame (schedule). The individual must also complete all required rounds and post their scores within the indicated time frame. To enter this challenge:

a. Step One. Have a valid registered World Golf Tour account (free); and

b. Step Two. Register for the Challenge. There are two ways to register for this Challenge.

1. Obtain and Apply Credits to Register for the Challenge. One Hundred (100) WGT credits will be deducted from your World Golf Tour account. If you do not have at least One Hundred credits in your World Golf Tour account you will not be eligible to register for or enter the Challenge by applying WGT Credits. To obtain Credits:
   
   
   1. Obtain credits through gameplay on the World Golf Tour site; or
      
      
   2. Purchase credits on the World Golf Tour site by credit card or other financial instrument

Individuals that earn WGT Credits in each Challenge will be determined and posted on the Site upon completion of the Challenge. Credits will be awarded based on the standard WGT payout table http://wgt.com/help.aspx#payout. In the event of a tie, WGT shall determine the winner per these terms http://wgt.com/help.aspx#payout

By entering the Challenge, entrant accepts and agrees to abide by and be bound by the terms of these Official Rules, and assumes sole liability and accepts all risk of loss for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Challenge or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of, or travel to or from or in connection with the Challenge or any prize awarded. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Challenge for any reason, including if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures and to select winner from eligible entries received on or before the termination date. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error.

By entering this Challenge, entrants grant to Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, right and royalty-free license to use the entry, and, except where prohibited by law, entrant's first and/or last name, city and state/province of residence, photo(s), voice and/or likeness; in any and all media but solely in connection with this Challenge. By entering this Challenge, entrants agree (a) that Sponsor has the right to exploit and utilize entrant's first and/or last name, city and state/province of residence, photo(s), voice and/or likeness in any and all media but solely in connection with this Challenge without any further attribution, notification or compensation to Entrant, except where prohibited; (b) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges; and (c) to be contacted by Sponsor or its agents by telephone, mail or email regarding this Challenge.

By entering the Challenge, entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees or agents of each from any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light) arising out of or in connection with the Challenge, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or arising out of or in connection with any travel to or from any Challenge or prize related activity.

Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Challenge but in no event attorneys' fees; and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

In the event that any provision of these Official Rules shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Official Rules unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and, in such event, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisions.

If you access or enter this contest through a social networking site (“Social Network”), you acknowledge and agree that Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer this contest. Any entry details you submit through this contest are being submitted to WGT and not to Social Network.
