  ok i have played about 400 ranked rounds and still cant move up in tiers and 67 hanycap.. wtf is going on? i spend $100 a month on this game and wont spend another dime... people dont even want to play me in skins because they think im lyeing. someone please give me a good answer because there is no reason this is happing and if its a glitch then wgt needs to fix it and pay me back for all the balls i have spent.. im tour pro now

  From your score history I see:

  You have played about 100 ranked rounds as a Tour Pro, 26 of them are 70 (35 for 9 holes) and better.You even broke 30 - a feat that I as a Master haven't accomplished yet - congrats!

  The target is close - each score better than 70 will bring you 0.04 per digit closer. Finally, you will need a few 68's and better, too.
