  Man I want this driver. Guess I have to save my credits and by then,,wgt will come out with some other weapon I'll have to scrape for lol.

  Well as Hpurey said it couldn't have come at a better time, in my case I am nudging Legend, and was itching to buy the R11 - old one.

  i have played several guys who have it and it sails by my very good R9 drives.

  The instant I have the credits I am buying.

   

  EDIT: but there again on #18 at Congress with an 11mph tailwind I outdrove my R11s pard by 3 yards.

  I wish they'd put this under news updates, how else are we supposed to know new stuff came out -_- Go to the pro shop daily?

   

  Also really stinks since I was saving for the R11 club set slowly :( Now a better driver... ugh. Plus the other question is, will there be other R11S clubs :\ what a pain :(

  This club is really good, much better then the old one. The extra dot of forgivnes mean`s so much + some extra yards are never wrong. And u guys who not have tried it yet go and rent it for 24 our and feel the different. 1: question, when are the new irons (R11 s) here????? anyone. And all this is my opinion :--))

  Yeah that's my question now is will there be other R11S clubs and when do they get here -_- I joined in February and have been slowly saving up to get the R11 clubs whenever I hit level 90, but now if there's gonna be new more expensive ones... @_@ blah lol.

  Using the new R11s with the L71 nike ball,,,,,, I was just outdriven by the regular R11 with L33 cally s ball.....and I dinged mine too lol.

  I've only played 2 rounds with mine but I don't really think there's any difference in distance.  With neutral wind I could carry 300 yards using the L71 Nike pretty reliably, the R11s doesn't seem to be able to beat this consistently.  The forgiveness does seem to be better though, I missed the ding pretty badly a couple of times and didn't go nearly as wide as I think the old R11 would have.

  I still think it's a rip off, given the slight benefit but I guess the same could be said of many things in life.  If we buy it, who are we to complain?

  Personally, I really like this new driver.  You have to play with it a little to figure out optimal sweet spots in the conditions you are playing in. I have noticed a little more yardage with wind in the face .  Sometimes up to 5-10 yards.  The extra forgiveness allows for more aggressive lines off the tee. BPB #7 for instance ... you can aim closer to that tree line on the right to cut the corner and take off 10-15 yards on your approach.  In terms of the cost, it only relevant to how many credits in your bank.  If you got a lot well its worth it ... if you don't play with your G20.
