Slashharry - A personal friend of mine and I were among those arbitrarily promoted a couple of years ago. In our cases it was a promotion to master.

WGT opened up the pro shop for a limited time so promoted players could then get clubs that would be competitive for their new levels. I'm assuming you didn't have the credits to buy the better clubs at that time?

I would think based on your unique situation that WGT could

    1. Move you back to Master, or

    2. Open up the better clubs for you to buy even though you haven't reach the level, or

    3. Let you start all over again with a new account.

I don't think any of us would object to any of those solutions. If given the choice, what would be YOUR preference?

I want to apologize for being a "distracted typer" and completely missing that the situation was resolved before I wrote my post above. Nicely done, WGT, and enjoy the game again, slashharry!
