Just 2 simple criteria really.
1. You must be Irish. This means playing from Ireland, not "my great grandpappy came from County Awfully" Anywhere on the Island of Ireland will do as long as you have the Tricolour next to your name.
2. You must have achieved Master Tier and be willing to participate in challenge matches against other groups of international Master players.
