  I had a game that was stalled.  The other players clock was at 0 and there was no action for about a minute.  Within 2 minutes I rebooted my browser and reconnected.  I got a message that I lost the game because I did no return in time.  I clearly retuned within the 5 minutes.  

  (Best of Putting one player,  Sat 11th august,  approx. 10:40 pm EST) 

  I wanted to add that it took me 3 brewer reboots to get me to reconnect.  

   

  QUESTIONS

   

  a)  Is there a systemic problem we should know about, and if so how do we mitigate

  b)  How do I look at getting those credits returned

  hi

  i think the game froze, so you needed to hit f5 to reload it (reboot is not required) if it was within 5 minutes, it would have brought you to the reconnect screen.

  I can't be sure but it seems like your wait time + reboot time, made lasted more than 5 minutes.

  good luck getting your credits returned. notice how that was not answered for you. I am still upset about the 840 credits I won in a skins match and never recieved them , was told that there were no record of that game being played. GOOD LUCK

  The total time was less then 2 minutes.  Yet it said I was disconnected for more than 5.  This is not even a remote possibility.

  so answer the questions above.

   

  1. no systematic problem that I am aware of. If there is, there are no steps that I know that can reproduce it, so it's impossible to us to find it/fix it

  2. I cannot answer that either since I do not have access. Please email to members@worldgolftour.com and see what they say.

  I was playing in a game and right as I clicked the meter to swing the game stalled. It finally asked me three times to come back to this page later. I did not forfeit. I want to know how I can get my 333 credits back for a game that was dropped due to no fault of mine.
