I had 3 ball taken out of play for no reason. These were purchased balls taken out of play by WGT during play, inbounds. This problem needs to be resolved ASAP and credit those who had purchased balls taken replaced.

    Thanks,

    Pokerstick

Were the balls that were 'taken out of play' different than the balls you started the round with? Lets say you run out of a certain kind of ball -during a round- the system automaticly gives you the default starter balls. If you go to your bag, are your balls still there? If not...

The best way to resolve this issue is emailing: members@worldgolftour.com They will assist you much better than me =) If you give me some more details I will try though.

    Hi Pokerstick,

Balls purchased from the Pro Shop have limited durability.  They can only be hit so many times before they expire (not counting putts).  The length of time each ball lasts is indicated by the durability rating shown on the pro shop graphic.  The more bubbles on the graphic, the more hits it can withstand before it becomes worn and is taken out of play.  There is a HITS meter beneath the ball graphic within the game to let you know how many hits remain on the current ball.

You can find more details about balls and durability ratings by checking out the Balls Section of the FAQ.

Pokerstick.. you bought 3 balls (Yellow B-XD) on May 5, and have completed a minimum of 14 9-hole rounds with them, according to your stats.

    The balls wore out.

Purchased balls only last a limited time... it seems 2-3 full rounds (18) per ball.

Oops, I thought a little too hard... they're simply worn out. =P
