Be prepared for some major abuse. The back nine is nasty. You MUST hit the fairways to score. 36 is best I've done and I routinely rip up the front. Greens are slick, fescue is a beast and the wind is as advertised.

    Have Fun!

Yeah, back 9 is tough! I played the Old Course last night after being away from WGT for over 5 months. Parred the front 9 and was 8 over on the back. Whew!

But what got my attention was all the "awards" bestowed on me all round long. They were pretty much nonsensical and had nothing to do with my play. At one point I think about 5 awards were displayed back-to-back. Is this a new tactic by WGT to lure players to more rounds? I never had this experience last year during my play. Awards were hard to come by.

    Hi All,

You think its tough now - wait till the tees go back another 20 - 40 Yards. Now that will be tough !!

Its not a course for making mistakes on, you pay dearly for them. Great course though.

    Happy hitting

    Cheers

WGT put in some retroactive awards. When you played your first game it activated all the awards, as long as you posted the round you were playing you will not see them again until you reach the next level........just like before.
