    Hi  I am at level 84 and to get to the next level i need to get 22,000 points is this correct? one more ? What exactly do i have to  average to move to the masters tier?   thank you

    Under you user name top left corner you can see  what Level you are on and the green meter bar next to it.

    Put you mouse cursor over that and it will tell you how many more points you need and what the next level is.

    Don't want to make you cringe...lol...   I'm on L97 and to get to L98 I need 203,000 more points.
