  On hole 8 of the best of putting challenge, no matter where I aim the ball, it immediately goes right when I hit it. Usually ending up on the fairway. I've now even tried setting it off at almost 45 deg to the left and yet it still goes to the right when hit. Trust me I'm hitting the meter spot on too, so I know it's not that.

  yeah u gotta aim well left - i used to go around the black edge of the bunker but even then, coming in from above the hole, it flattens out so much that any bend stops so the channel to enter the final approach must be so thin.

  Speaking about STA#7, the 260 ft putt?

  Holed it - and though this was on the new fastest greens (stimp 40), it shows the (one?) general route:

  Start a tad off to the left, then it will move to the right and curve to the hole by the hump next to the hole. I shoot for 200 ft usually.

  very nice putt!

  i found another replay of it going in last night which also comes in from underneath but a shallower line than yours. i've always tried coming in from the top and i've been within a couple of feet so it is possible.

  think i'll start giving a similar line to your's a go now as the relief of the green seems to feed it in better from underneath. 

  it's a shame the camera angles (on both replays) are so distant!

  hopefully my next post will be of me sinking it!

  Very nice! Further left than mine and straight in!

  It shows that there are more than one solutions for Mission Impossible!

  that's more like the line i was trying to get, coming down from above. at least we know it can be done from with sides.

  a friend in our country club knew i'd been trying to get this for ages and casually came along and left one hanging right on the rim - more annoyingly.....he did it with his 3w!

  i'll see if i can dig the replay out

  while we're on the subject does anyone have any tips or know of any replays kicking about for #2? i've only had it once but the line i was using doesn't keep it within the required 10 feet when it misses and finding a new line is proving elusive.

  Aim between the trees. I haven't got the weight/pace right yet, hits the back of hole and skips over.

  yeah that's pretty similar to the single time i hit, just scuffing the edge.

  i've been lining up the top corner of the info box with that sunkissed branch but going that wide i still cant stop it within 10feet when it misses the hole, i hit about 60ft power - v frustrating lol!

  i've seen some noobs get pretty close on a much straighter line but i can't find it.
