    In the Pacific time zone? It'd be nice to know for arranging games. It's the 28th of this month in the UK when we go back to GMT. (Universal time)

    As set by the Energy Policy Act of 2005, it is the first Sunday in November.

    This year that would be Sunday, November 4.
