WGTicon:. I think we have mostly identified the cause and are now trying to fix it.
Somewhere during the period that scorcards / holes are loading the forfeit button has what flash calls 'focus'.So if you hit enter or return during this time( like if you are chatting) because the forfeit button has 'focus' the program interperates the enter/return as a forfeit.should be easy fix tbh.
..I'm glad SOMEONE has found the bug.....Now how about fixing it? I've NEVER intentionally forfeited a game in my entire history on this website, and have seen forfeit screen twice in last day. In BOTH cases my team was up by 2. Please correct this. D.
WGT owes at least 10,000 credit take forom myself tordragon, eistienne and who know how much form other players because of the chat bug forfeiting you in skins . These credits are paid by hard earned cash and countless hours of doing survey and watching commercials. We want our credits back that were taken by your bug/glitch!
What can we do about it, I have been knocked out of three games and does not go back but leads me to a new game and I forfeit everything including my credits too. Hope that someone has an answer to this problem and will try and help.
Best thing you can do in this situation is to submit a bug report (you can go back to the game window and submit one) then contact Customer Support with the game ID or match play opponent name. They'll be able to look into this.

My issues always gave me WGT Error messages first, saying WGT could not connect with server, then "Your browser has been corrupted, please restart your browser" 4 games in a row.

i keep on getting forfieted every other game this has happened 5 times now and each time i lose my extra points its costing me money hurry up and fix ths bug please
