New Bug - Forfeit the match

  Like others have already reported when I finish my game in multi-player I get a forfeited message, visible to all. Here is what it looks like:

  hi

  it's just related to scorecard, it doesn't go anywhere else... we are working on a fix now.

  Better work fast, we use screenshots of mp-cards in tournaments on wgtls!

  It is the last putt in hole that gives a forfeit on card.

  Forfeit is not a result we can use to record!

  How can it be only related to the scorecard when you get a big "FORFEITED THE MATCH" on the screen before the scorecard is presented?

  I just added a new post but then found this thread.  I'm seeing exactly the same thing and it just started today.  However, after searching the forums, I see this has been an issue for some time.  Would be nice if WGT would let us know this is going on via a bug list report.  Or perhaps they have and I don't know where that list is.

  Unlike Sanco, I do not have a screenshot but the same thing has recently occurred every time on the last hole in these multiplayer games. I'm glad the WGT is trying to address this in a "fix" but it is disconcerting. I am always wondering if this will adversely affect my disconnect percentage. Seems like a small thing to rectify so why isn't this fixed already? It's been going on about 2 weeks.

  I see your post was some time ago but this fault appears to be still happening.

  I was playing a foursome game last night and 2 holes into the game a Message came up that I had forfeited the match. I can assure you I hadn't.  So the bug goes on !!

  Well, I am tickled that I am reporting on yet another disconnection/forfeit problem 3 years after my above post. Lately, I have been having multiplayer games that have shut down on me. When I attempt to get back through refresh, I find that no one is there!! This is under the 2 minute time limit, so something has gone awry in the ability to resume the multiplayer game. Getting VERY frustrating, since after all WGT's innumerable updates it still hasn't gotten this program to run without a glitch. I would be interested in any response to this dilemma that WGT would care to give.

  My update for you to ponder - last 3 weeks I have probably been involved in 30 FORFEITS or just plain disconnect's because of bug in chat window I have been told - so people no longer chat for fear of losing games, pts and stats...it even kicks me all the way back to start screen with my indicator button no longer RED but back to GREEN. and I have to start over...
  
  Secondly - this has crept into game now since glitch with chat - when screen changes from a completed hole (ALT Play) and I have the honors, my caddy sets me up with my driver. As I moved cursor to where I want to aim, I looked back at club choice and its been changed to a wedge (WTF) and on fairways, if I select a 4 iron for example, I need to watch very carefully since it still displays a 4 iron but yardage has changed to what my pitching wedge would hit...
  
  I have asked players if they experience it and seems like every game I play, besides me, at least 1 player has FOREFIT, Disconnects and clubs displaying wrong yardages "after" moving aim cursor" for about the last 3-4 weeks...
  
  I play about 5 - 10 games a day (retired) and see this everyday and usually more than once, so NO, its not fixed and WGT has made the user experience suffer because of it and can't figure out what update did they do that caused it...

  hey guys

  to give you a small update: it is indeed related to scorecard and chat box. I actually had the bug initially without realizing what it was. I think we have mostly identified the cause and are now trying to fix it.
