  did the e-mail and as usual for me no acknowledgement  let alone a response. Would be easy to solve just credit me back my credits. case closed

    the fact this transaction  did not show in my messages says something.

  Check your account history, if the credits went out then send wgt another e-mail, they won't just 'tax ya coin' with no explanation.
