Gifting a new club

  I have been trying to gift a new driver to a WGT friend    when I select give as gift it just takes me back to my homepage  nothing else

  Hi dabberme,

  The purchase system is working fine, so that leads me to believe there may be something wrong on your end. Try performing some browser maintenance, specifically Clearing Your Flash Cache, and let us know the results :)

  They sound like IE issues. The use of another browser might fix them.

  Agreed with others the browser may be the issue.

  Also just a thought, your level 82 - are you trying to gift equipment above their level? To be honest I have no idea what would happen, I assume a message would come up, but just trying to look at other possibilities.

  then why could I do it with others??  a few hours ago i gifted a set of clubs to coachkilday   nothing showed up in my messages   a minutes ago i gifted some balss they showed up immediately and still nothing on the club set  so how do I know her even got them  although they showup on my profile

  won't be gifting again I lost alot of credits here. chalk it up to experience. go to cheaper balls,  It's about time WGRT made it easier for us who have a prob like this to have easier access to resolving issues of the gift shop. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on her. Tis the last. why look at the date of my message above 12th??? to day 16th and no resolution involving MY money. Well, ok WGT's now and see see nothing regarding the purchase of mentioned.  Makes me sick.

  Check if the recipient has equiped their bag, then you'll know they arrived or not.

  If not then e-mail members@worldgolftour.com , they won't just ignore you !!

  naturally I have done that as of today nothing no message to me  saying I had gifted him as all the others were messaged. I will e- mail as you mentioned ty

  did the e-mail and as usual for me no acknowledgement  let alone a response. Would be easy to solve just credit me back my credits. case closed

    the fact this transaction  did not show in my messages says something.
