Just play against your own best scores or your average. When your average is 56, you'll be shooting 28's.  Looks like you just stepped up your irons. That's a good way to get the ball started.

Hit 'em straight and have fun, that's the best way to get to the really low scores. :-)

Excuse me.  You've played 145 ranked rounds in 2 years? That's perfectly OK, if you aren't really interested in progressing, but it's pretty lackadaisical if  you have a real interest. You have to sort of decide whether your're going for Wickipedia, porn, or golf. Then you put your hours where your heart is.

Too be honest I am not 100% sure of your question but assuming you want to improve your score.

You have been a member 3 years and only at level 33 - clearly shows that you do not play frequently, and as such, you will never shoot a 28 at this rate.

It takes a lot, and I mean a lot of practice, learning all aspects of the game, and then a little luck.

Your GIR stats are poor and therefore immediately rules out your chances of making birdies. And when you do make the green your putting needs inproving - I suggest you read the Putting Tips and chip and Pitch Tips under the FAQ..

When I first started playing I thought players shooting incredible scores MUST have been using a cheats code - fact is they have achieved this through hours and hours of practice.

Most importantly, enjoy the game, have fun and in time the great scores will come.

I am happy to play with anyone, If I am on send me an invite.

You might try some normal vegetables and stuff, along with whatever else you're ingesting. Green and leafy doesn't necessarily make it healthy.
