A chart was published for the Redwood level 72 by Dianne81 here:

That thread has accurate charts for other putters as well.

50 % off Meter Bar are nonly 45 % power.

    25 % are only 20 %

With distance calculation you need a progression in the math.

putter pal is worked out in percentages....

    take your 30ft scale for instance....   10% of 30 is 3.  20% is 6.

So, after you figure out how far you need to hit your putt.   Divide that number by the putter scale and that will give you the % you need to hit it.

Say you come up with a putt that you need to hit 13feet to get to the cup.

    13 divided by 30 = .4333333333333...

.43333x100 gives you your % of power to hit.  43%

The best formula that I've found is practice. You can figure all the mathematical calculations, but then you have to consider the conditions. Are you putting upgrade or downgrade. Is the green fast or slow? I've found that different putters act differently in similar situations. I've tried different putters but always end up going back to favorite, my Taylor Made Spider putter. Find the putter that works best for you and practice.

The chart pointer by srellim is a good start.

    A few basics:

    - the basic strength to length relation is neutral for all balls and putters. Different putters will only act differently regarding deviations.

    - putting is linear from 5 to 100 % (never tried below 5 %)

    - Standard green is the reference, 100 % strength gives the nominal length of the putter scale there.

    - putt length is determined by the six green speeds in 5% or 10% steps. Basically, slow is 90% ... Master tournament = 130%, Legend tournament = 135 %, championship = 140 %.

    - green speed vary a little from course to course, hole to hole. They may vary significantly in tournaments.

    - reaction to frontal and side slope varies acc. to green speeds. This is subject to practice.

There are several putting guides available.

e.g. one over there in the FAQ ==>

One in the forum, "G0LD's putting formula..."

I checked all over the forums and don't see, what I think is the right subject for this so here goes here.

Three days before Mothers Day I went for the 1500 credits by ordering flowers from FTD.  I was one digit off on the zip code so it didn't get delivered until the day after.  Mother was thrilled with her bonzied gardenia plant.

We won't talk about the delivery prob since it made me quite angry.  They had the city and the state, corrected it and sent it 30 miles away.......my bad but it was a succesfull purchase.    It's been quite a while since,  I've gotten a case number everytime I tell wgt about it.  I've contacted the vender, who said they would look into it.  Bottom line.....why give the offer if your not gonna honor it~?  ?
