  I very often start up an alternative shot game, and in my opinion the Americans are the worst for declining at the most inappropriate times. They are also the most impatient during the set up.

  So please all Yanks just give it a couple of minutes to set the game up, because if you disconnect the whole process has to start again.

  What exactly is an "american?"  Brazilians, Peruvians, Bolivians are all "Americans." are you referring to them? Ohh I know who you might be talking about, The Panamanian golfers on WGT. Or maybe the Costa Ricans? WAIT, stop the press. It's the Guatemala folk or maybe the Mexicans. They are all "Americans" TOO. Are you talking about Canadians?  

  Bloody hell i am confused. I am a guy. Think i will go Yank my tool a bit.  I have tons of patience whilst doing that!
