  The zoom in/out is a Flash function not a browser function. Which version of Flash are you using?

  I have no idea how to tell which browser is in use or how to change them...HELP

  You start your browser yourself, so there's a big problem if you don't know what you are starting.

  Internet explorer runs in a window with the words "Internet Explorer" in the topbar of the window. The same goes for other browsers (having there own name in the topbar).
