I use IE for browser and fash player 11 . 4 and it happens to me also
when I logged on last night at 11PM PST, I showed 22 friends on, all available. At that time of night I usually have 3 or 4. Most of these friends wud have been sleeping. I made several attempts to invite and never got a reply.
