I make putts from fringe and pin was in (why can`t I have choice to remove it?) putt hit pin at almost no speed yet clinked against pin and didn't fall in hole. Same type thing happened on a few chips i made from fringe as well.
You can remove the pin. Look in the top right-hand corner.
