A 285 page thread is not a very effective way to manage a bug/suggestion list.  I've posted a few suggestions, but how can I find them now, or check status?

How do you manage your list?  Can we see it?  Players (customers) can help you prioritize if you provide a real tool to manage the lists.  You need a managed list that is easy to see, sort, search, and update.  Otherwise you just get people like me posting the same things over and over (out of frustration).

Now, I have 2 suggestions I'd like on the list:

    1. a round timer that tracks your actual "wgt time" in stroke or match play (the time from when you're able to hit until your ball comes to rest) to enable "speed golf" scoring

    2. sticky threads for CC's to enable FAQs, rules, etc so that CCs can manage a set of standard threads that all members can easily see/find.

    That is all.

Thank you for this most excellent virtual golf platform/simulation (calling it a "game" sells it way short) that consumes WAY too much time.  Love it.

PS: clicked the "email replies" box, so....

    Hi

There are several lists, such as bug fixes, improvements, new ideas. Because of the nature of the lists, they are not public.

Understood, and thanks for your quick response.

It would help a lot to have a managed public list/reference that is kept current.  Maybe I just don't know where it is ... help?

Would love to know status on the two suggestions I have.  In the queue at all?

    Hi

I dont have access to that. Those lists are managers prerogatives. Only things I see is basically what's coming in 30-90 days (what we announced), except with much more detail.

Real bugs (as opposed to suggestions and improvements) are generally handled by a specific kind of software that is available to the developers, and part of their job. I'm sure that WGT uses something like that (I'd really be scared if I didn't think so). Someone needs to look at the bugs thread and determine if the things there are actually design or programming bugs and, if they are, move them into the actual bug stuff.

We don't expect public relations moderators to do that. Can you tell us if someone with technical expertise does that? Very often?

I'd assume that as well Bubba.

Really I'm just suggesting maintaining a managed list of product suggestions that have been submitted & reviewed by WGT, published regularly in some well known location (forum say), making it easier for us to reference, check status, and avoid repetition.

As a follow on, it would be great to be able to rate (or "like") product suggestions. I would think this would help WGT be even more responsive to suggestions ;-)
