Good question, maybe WGT can better answer on how much it affects it or not. From my experience, anything below 15mph is negligible. Higher than this, you may have to account for it.
I normally pay attention to it when I`m on an almost perfect dance floor with a great distance (+15 ft) as it skews its travel a little bit.
