How can i change my age , it keps saying i'm under 18 although i'm over 60!!!

My age is 64 , Born 9/11/1948 , for some reason it has me as under 18 yeas old (i wish).
The other problem is my flag , My billing address will always be same , but somehow i;ve been given a flag not of my choice.
