  Is it just my poor old computer and flash that is driving me nuts, or is there an issue with the game itself ( or it could have always been there but i am just so slow that i am noticing it now)? Of late, whenever i putt i don't actually see the ball go near or pass the hole - there seems to be momentary 'cut' to where the ball is already passed the hole and about to stop. So any chance of seeing what the ball movement is on putts i miss is lost basically. It is only when i replay the putt that i can see what the ball did/does. Also, another quick question that is driving my nuts...and i'm sure there's an answer here somewhere...but if i (often) shoot a 2 over par i go out in my avg 0.9. But if i shoot 2 under (0n a 36 course) i don't move at all...so there is no reward for breaking par ever so slightly but a huge toll if i miss par by 2 shots...and yes, i wish i could not miss par by even one shot :))

  It sounds like you may be experiencing a graphics error, and I'd like you to try a couple of steps to remedy your situation:

  First, try Clearing Your Cache

  Then, try Clearing Your Flash Cache

  Let us know the results of your troubleshooting :)

  Thanks mate, yes i do this often...but perhaps you're right and it is a graphics error within this old girl...thanks for the reply:))

  All fixed:)) I had an older version of flash (110) on Comodo. The updated (135) with pf disabled seems to have done the trick. Hasn't helped my game none, but there you go...so thanks man.

  BTW: Can you just get someone to move each hole in front of my putt/ball as it comes across the green...that'd be a big help;))

  Preliminary note: Don't refer to scores as +/- Par when talking about average calculation. It's all about gross scores, 33, 68, whatever.

  Your ave. is 68.38, you played short of 100 ranked rounds as a Legend. Thus, your average will move on every result.

  Alas, scoring +2 on 9 holes Par 36 is a 76 (= 2 x 38) which will move the average by about (76-68.4)/100 = .08.

  Scoring -2 on 9 holes Par 36 is 68 (= 2 x 34) which is so close to your average that the move may be invisible.

  BTW: The correct way to calculate the floating average is via the total no. of ball hits:

  a1 = (a0 * n0 + s)/(n0+1)

  a0 = old average, a1 = new average

  n0 = no. of rounds corresponding to a0

  s = score of the new  round.

  With the numbers of the first example:

  (68.38 * 100 + 76) / 101 = 6914 / 101 = 68,46

  (a move of .08)

  last night i had same problems as rosson1 (1st post). so, i doubt about installing new flash version. only problems in AS gameplay, no animation when ball going near hole, when cancel hit sometimes animated player stuck in half move, ... gameserver GS05 worked very slow, and now again
