Here's the situation. The lower tiered players in our CC don't complain, but they are distressed at not winning tourneys. Is there a way to run a handicap system to allow for a more even playing field? I don't see course ratings or slope anywhere. I myself don't have a clue as how to go about this.

Run a free tournament with a prize pool. Then you can award prizes based on handicap/tier etc.

Message our CC owner tuxedo2 Las Vegas Knights CC, he had got that sorted ok some members have handicaps of -2 ect and the better players of + 9 or 10 to be added, leave a message on his wall or your email im sure that he will help you out, he has all course ratings and slopes ect, some are different for legends to

he does your 1st handicap done on 10 full rounds that you have played in your CC tournaments, then it is adjusted as you play on, new members get a tempory 1 based on there last 10 rounds they have done, till they do 5 rounds in the cc comps

the best way is to run manual handicapping system by someone who knows players and their abilities.

If you go to this link Las Vegas Knights Cc And open the Handicaps window you will be able to handicap all your members. I must warn you however this can be very time consuming lmao... however once you set it up after a few times you won't change them very much,until someone really improves.
