  Hi folks,

  I just played a blitz challenge for credits, about the 7th time I have managed to get a game out of 150 attempts but that's another story :-)

  Heading to the last hole I had a 4000 lead, all I gotta do is hit the green right?

  I hit to 17ft, the man in 2nd hits to 27 feet, so in my mind I have managed a win..

  Nope, somehow he got 20,000 points for the last hole to my 7500!!!

  Is that even possible or have I just been conned..

  Any plausible explanation please..

  I know the players nick and will report it if necessary, I just want to know if this seems plausible to anyone?

  It depends on green streaks, if the other person has always made the green and you missed 1 your green streak ends and the other will get a larger score I believe and on the last hole it always seems to get a bigger payout. I have gotten a huge score on the last hole myself and have won that way.

  Not sure about the last hole thing but he is right about the streaks.  There are hit the green streaks and accuracy streaks.  Because he hit to 27 ft he should not have gotten any accuracy streaks. However if he hit every green through the 9 holes i believe that is worth in the neighbourhood of 6000 or 7000 pointson its own, coupled with the normal amount of points he would receive for being 27 ft away and i think it could be plausible to get 20000 points on the last hole...we would really need some more info

  Well let's put it this way, 

  I was in the lead for the 1st 3 and just behind by 200 or so at hole 5, I won 6, 7 and 8 to gain a 4000 lead, we both hit all gir..

  In my mind it was simple, hit the last green and game over, he would have to hit flagstick or hole it to win..

  I was amazed to see that his 27ft away as opposed to my being 10ft odd closer, that he had overtaken me while waiting for the other 2 to finish..

  He ended up further away on the last and when the scorecard came up, he got 20,000 to my 7500 for the final hole..

  I'm sorry but that just doesn't add up in my mind..

  from my limited knowledge of blitzs i would agree that doesn't add up if you both hit all GIR because you should both be getting the same hit the green streak points
