  Posting a request in a thread is not the most expedient approach. The request may be noticed; it may not be.
  
  The quickest (and best) approach is to post a request to a moderator's wall. See earlier post in this thread.

  Works for me. It launches a PDF. It may be that your browser is set not to open PDFs or is set to download them rather than opening them.
