    Has anyone else not got their credits regarding a paid offer?

    It happens all the time for free offers - never get the credits and support is non-existant.

    However, imo it is (even more) totally unacceptable when you actually pay money and then don't get your credits. The initial time I appealed it was turned down, no reason given. I appealed again, still heard nothing and not got the credits.

    I even sent a screen shot proving that I did the offer. I followed the instructions exactly.

    I guess I will have to give trading standards a call!

    Everytime I think I could not be more discontent with WGT's level of the service and the game as whole it just gets even worse!

    No never. The one time I didn't get the credits immediately I sent an E-mail to which every company handled the special offers then with all the information I had. I sent them a copy of the E-mail I received from Freedredit.com showing that I had met the requirements and I had my credits is less that 4 hours. Make sure you send any E-mails that you received from the company that the offer was from. And make sure you send it to the company that offered the credits. Send it to either Trial Pay,Sponsor Pay or Super Sonic Ads. Sending it to WGT does nothing except alert them to the fact that you completed an offer and didn't receive your credits. Those offers are through a 3rd party and the 3rd party is who you need to contact. 

    Also it wouldn't hurt to log into WGT through Facebook as Trial Pay and most of the other companies track our accounts through Facebook. It makes it easier for them to find the offers we completed.

    Twice yesterday. I even sent screenshots showing  that I completed their offers. No credits, no response from support ticket. Wonder how the Golf Channel likes all this B/S.

    Screen shots or copies of  E-mails proving you completed the offer. They want copies of e-mails. I know at  times you might complete a survey and not get the credits and a screen shot is all you have but for the most part it is copies of  e-mails that get the job done. It has always worked for me.
