  When I joined WGT there was a download program that would ensure the meter would automatically hit the ball perfect. I declined because I considered this as cheating, but since then the meter skipping issues continue and I feel that I am being cheated. Does this program still exist? Or is it for only for selected players?

  It is not possible to write a program that guarantees a perfect ding without cracking and modifying WGT code. In other words, a bot can't do it, and would also be against the terms of service. There are perfectly good technical reasons for this, the primary one being that the OSes involved are not real time. It's the same reason that the meter stutters to begin with.

  There is a program you can get that will help with the meter skip called "leatrix latency" It's not a cheating program but will help with the skip.

  ..also better clubs and balls would help... and don't assume others can't because you can't...

  I found using Maxthon, game booster and 360 amigo helped a lot.

  Opinions are like a holes - everyone has one (and is entitled to it). Still, facts based on professional knowledge are superior to guesses made by plucking from the dark brown well where the sun don't shine.

  There are lots of things that help the meter situation, some mentioned above, but technical facts prevent the design of a 100% successful autodinger that doesn't crack the WGT code. Partially successful? Yeah, but lots of players here can do it better physically.
