    I was wondering what is the record for the longest holed shot ?

    well...........I know about 260 yards is one of them.....might be one longer than that.

    I know one chap from Deviations, forget his name now...But he holed out at St Andrews 9 for a hole in one/Albatross. That's about 350 odd yards from Legend Tee's...Which I'm not sure if he was playing from on that occasion.

    But not sure of the record that's not from a tee.
