As my stats would show I have never been good, but since I moved up to Master my game is terrible compared to what I was playing at. I realize that I'm teeing off from further away now, but that shouldn't explain my complete lack of any short game since. Does anyone have any ideas on why? I've botched more pitch, chip, and putts than ever before.

It is a big jump to the Master tier, I'd recommend dumping your hybrid and getting 3 evenly spaced wedges. Then just practice. :-)

One thing you are facing is not only longer holes but much faster green speeds. And it takes time to learn how to pitch chip and putt correctly on faster greens. What worked well on fast greens goes well past on very fast greens, or even tour pro very fast if that is what the green speeds for tour pro are. I don't know that. I was never a tour pro. That tier was added a few months after I made master.
