  Can you practice on closest to the hole because I tried and it only showed 1 course available this morning and that was a comp.

  I seem to remember that there is no practice option on CTTHs. When you set up a game, it's always ranked and counts as an automatic entry to a sweepstakes tournament.

  Why would you not want this?

  OTOH, it's strange that only Hilversum is available now, at 12:50 am PST.

  As a wild guess on Feb 1st, have the other sweepstakes not been set up?

  (confirmed, except for Wk5 Best of Famous...)

  Edit: CTTH set-up is nevertheless possible as a CC tournament.
