As soon as I wrote that post, I thought of you calibrating your Clubs Den!
That was basically what I was suggesting and not that it would effect me in any way because I rarely play practice rounds or 'calibrate', but I'd be for it. Just thinking though perhaps WGT do not want people calibrating their club to the nth degree under zero wind conditions? Obviously players can calibrate all they want on low winds at the moment (thinking flat fairways and low winds at Bethpage), and many of us have formulas for low winds and know the lowest are pretty much neglible, but at least there they give another factor to think about.
I do however think that zero winds should definitetly be considered for Uneven Lie practice rounds and when they start Uneven Lie tournaments again as it may encourage some players put off by them to give them a go. Again perhaps WGT don't want the scoring to go too low under these conditions?
