Lol!... I wonder how many complaints there are going to be when dinged shots straight at the flag fly wide due to the 'circle of precision'?!

    Penners:
Suprised given that zero wind appears an option that it wasn't used for some of the Uneven Lie tournaments or in practice mode for any set-up. That would certainly help people learn the game quicker (Uneven Lies in particular)... Maybe that is the main reason for not having zero wind...

Now this is a good idea.

You're a TL. Seems to only affect legends.

All this did was prove to me just how freaking useless I am at this game sometimes.  No wind, no excuses and I still hit it in the fescue.  LOL

Actually this a good idea from a practice point of view.

Zero wind on selected practice fairways would help lower tiers to calibrate their clubs quicker. This in turn would give them more confidence to have a go at RG's etc.

Only the top 3 win but more trying is more money for WGT. So a practice fairway/fairways and the sooner the better is needed. Also the ability for clubs to select this option in club competetions.

As soon as I wrote that post, I thought of you calibrating your Clubs Den!

That was basically what I was suggesting and not that it would effect me in any way because I rarely play practice rounds or 'calibrate', but I'd be for it. Just thinking though perhaps WGT do not want people calibrating their club to the nth degree under zero wind conditions? Obviously players can calibrate all they want on low winds at the moment (thinking flat fairways and low winds at Bethpage), and many of us have formulas for low winds and know the lowest are pretty much neglible, but at least there they give another factor to think about.

I do however think that zero winds should definitetly be considered for Uneven Lie practice rounds and when they start Uneven Lie tournaments again as it may encourage some players put off by them to give them a go. Again perhaps WGT don't want the scoring to go too low under these conditions?

Seems that the TLs get no wind (and TM tees) on the B9 this week. Legends stuck with Legend tees and low wind.
